It was really puzzling to read all the disparaging remarks about the new
American Birds CBC issue; after all, this is the digital age and Audubon
has worked diligently to make the CBC data available to everyone on line.
Jason Paulios comments were right on. Imagine receiving the CBC issue in
July, rather than late Nov. or Dec.! Imagine not having to store another
inch-thick edition! For more than 20 years those thick copies have
continued filling up valuable space.
The excellent articles about distribution, long-term trends,and regional
summaries are all there. I think it's great - enjoy!
