Yesterday I observed approximately 50 Caspian Terns flying around the
roof of the NEX building on the Seaplane Base on Whidbey Island. They
have been there in past summers as well, and I would suspect that there
is nesting activity. Seems fair, after having been evicted from their
gravel parking lot in Everrett some years ago....
