In the three years I have participated in Project Feeder Watch here in Ocean
Shores, I have seen and reported eight cases of House Finch eye disease. I
have not seen any maps or local surveys, though.

How prevalent is house finch eye disease in Western Washington? Over the
weekend, I observed an infected female at one of our backyard feeders here
in Woodinville and recorded the instance in the PFW survey. It was the
first instance that I've noticed in the two years I've lived here. Are
there maps or surveys showing prevalence locally?
