The E. Lake WA AS had a field trip to Naches Peak last Sat. The flowers were
outstanding and one of the best displays we have seen there. We also saw a
Spotted Sandpiper that flew in and landed on the shore of the small pond
which is across the road from Tipsoo Lake at Mt. Rainier. This is at about
5400' altitude.
