HI ALL:
I was wondering what has been your weirdest birding trip you have ever
taken? Mine was during my college days to the Blue Mountains in
southeastern Washington State. I went with two co-eds and we visited a
small cafe along the Grande Ronde River. We started talking with the
owners after I spotted a herd of bighorn sheep on the hillside above their
cafe. They told us that they were house sitting for an old time big game
hunter and we could stop by later and look at his trophy collection. So we
did and one of his "trophies" was what supposed to be a shrunken human
head from Africa! Now that was weird!
