Subject: Marymoor Tomorrow (8/22/2002) - parking situation

For anyone considering joining me on my regular Marymoor Park Thursday walk
tomorrow, I wanted to let you know that it WILL be going on as usual.

Marymoor is being turned into a parking lot for the NEC Golf Tournament at
Sahalee, but it will still be possible to park in the usual South (Dog Area)
Lot.

Depending on how early the golfball watchers get there, it is possible that
Marymoor Way (the through-the-park road) will be one-way (enter only from
the west), with both lanes being used for westbound traffic. If so, attempt
to get into the right lane to make the turn into the dog area lot easier.

You might want to allow a few more minutes for traffic, especially if you'll
be using SR 520.

I hope some of you will join me, at 6:30 a.m., at the southwest corner of
the dog area parking lot, as always.

BIRD NOTE - there was what appeared to be a family of WESTERN WOOD-PEWEE
near that wood totem as you enter Marymoor this morning. Begging young were
really begging.
