Yikes!!! The world is indeed off kilter! You might not have been serious about a Care package, but I am asking this question seriously, though possibly naively. Would some kind of Starling/House Sparrow bird or egg relocation program be reasonable to pursue, and who would have to be involved? Zoos do this kind of exchange all the time, there must be some law that allows it.
