The immature Coopers Hawk that's been hanging around the UW campus at
the
south end of Brooklyn Ave NE gave us very nice looks today, good enough
to see
the M3 on the orange band around one leg, and a silver band around the
other.
Does anybody know to whom I can report this information? Thanks.
