Greetings all,
Today I located 2 Red Phalarope in the waters north of Boston Harbor in Thurston County. The birds were found in the current line that had developed off of Dover Point around 1030 this morning. I am skeptical that they would have been visible from the normal viewing areas at Boston Harbor, but I'm sure they move around with the currents. They have been found just off Dofflemyer Point (the area with the navigation light/ horn next to Boston Harbor) in previous years. Hopefully these or others will by around for Sunday's CBC. Still no Ancient's though.
