I reported that I had taken a RED PHALAROPE to the Portland Audubon Wildlife
Center last Wednesday. It was found east of Ridgefield NWR in a farmers
field. It was weak and vary underweight. I finally got a hold of the center
today and I am sorry to say the little guy was too far gone to save him and
he died on Friday.
