Just wanted to report, low over I-5 near the Marine View Dr. exit in north
Everett:

Mourning Dove 2
Sharp-shinned Hawk 2

Both were together, the hawks acting as if they had wanted to land on
something along the freeway. Strange.

Moments later, in the alder scrub along the freeway near the Everett STP, I
spotted a Harlan's Hawk that, in taking off, had a red tail. A N. Harrier
was seen moments later flying over the freeway.

An interesting set of birds to see from the car on I-5 over the course of 5
minutes or so.
