Hi Andy,

There's a very good chance this was one of yours. It had an M over a 3 on the
left-leg band, and this could easily have started life as a red band and just
faded over time. There was also a silver band on the right leg, no markings
that we could tell. This looks like it matches the description you gave at

We've been seeing it in Seattle at the corner of Boat St. and Brooklyn Ave NE.
Last sighting was December 12; we'd been seeing it for a couple of weeks,
hunting near the bird feeders we've got set up at our workplace. Saw it take at
least one bird, probably a house finch. Cheered her on! Haven't seen it at all
this week.
