This is ours in Whatcom County, and there's also OWL in Ladner and Sarvey
in Arlington. After 9/11 Sardis went several months without any contributions.

Sorry if this is un-PC but the need is great everywhere, with 14+% of
Whatcom county (and 20+% of Bellingham) at or below the poverty level.
