Yes,as we have observed Lapland Longspurs before along the south side of the Hoquiam STP foraging in the grass areas in addition to the Chestnut-collared Longspur that was present at the Hoquiam STP on the 27th and 28th+ of November,1999 ,as photographed by my mother.

I would add only Yellow-headed Blackbird (perched on the pond fence for an hour) in Spring, 1998; and a Lapland Longspur on the grass next to the access road in an earlier Winter. I bet we could get to 200 just in that general location.
