Oops - okay I went back through my email and found Scott's original message
with some description information on the loon. Sorry to impune you in this
matter Scott! But I have not seen much else in the way of discussion. Is
this the general area that an Arctic Loon was found several winters ago? Any
other comments?

ps there have been reports of this species in Montana and Colorado this fall
although I'm not sure what the consensus was on them
