I just reread my post after looking at some old ID-Frontiers posts about
Kamchatka Mews and am thinking I am not making a very positive case for this
bird. I completely missed seeing the black on the primaries in flight, so
I'm no help there. Also I didn't see any noticeable difference in leg color
from the other Mews. Hmm. I won't even mention a possible
MewXRing-Bill...I guess I just did.

I might go look for it again next week, BUT what better way to ring in the
New Year with looking at gulls! O.k. it sucks, but it's still better than
looking for a Rusty Blackbird amongst Red-Wings and Starlings. Good luck
