The Snowy Owl south of Moses Lake has reappeared after a 3 1/2 week
"hibernation". It was SE of the corner of Road 4 SE and Road L SE, about a
mile from the old spot. From I-90 at the east end of Moses Lake take the SR
17 exit and go south to Road M, south of the potato processing plant. Turn
west from Road M SE onto Road 4 SE (about 3 miles) and start watching both
side along the irrigation ditches.
