At the mouth of the Tucannon River there was 1 female Bufflehead, and just upstream where the road crosses the river going east was
a Harris's Sparrow. This is only the 2'nd record for Columbia County that I am aware of.

At Little Goose Dam the 3'rd year Western Gull is still there after 2 weeks. It is flying below the dam itself with 35 other gulls.
Stands out by its very dark back and no white windows in the tips of the wings.
