Unless I missed it, there was no news about the YELLOW-THROATED WARBLER in
Twisp, Okanogan Co WA or the LESSER BLACK-BACKED GULL near Walla Walla,
Walla Walla Co WA. If anybody has some news, how about sharing it?

WA SNOWY OWLS -

Several were reported in the corridor between Davenport toward Reardan. One
along Zellmer Road west of Wheatdale according to Dan Allen and Theresa
Mathis. One along the Sunset Highway north of US 2 according to Charlie
Wright. One on Thorpe Road west of the Lincoln Co line. Thorpe Road is 2 to
3 miles south of US 2. Along Detour and Morrison Roads on the west side of
Reardan were 3 more according to Tom Munson and Mark Houston. WA DeLorme
87-88,

Three owls in the Withrow, Douglas Co area according to Dan Stephens. WA
DeLorme 84, C-2.

And near Moses Lake, Grant Co, Randy Hill reports the owl south of Moses
Lake has reappeared after a 3.5 week "hibernation". It was southeast of the
corner of Road 4 SE and Road L SE. From I-90 at the east end of Moses Lake
take the WA17 exit and go south to Road M, south of the potato processing
plant. Turn west from Road M SE onto Road 4 SE (about 3 miles) and start
watching both sides along the irrigation ditches. WA DeLorme 69, D-7.

Near Vantage Kittitas Co WA on 28 Jan, Charlie Wright reports a single
PACIFIC LOON and 4 LONG-TAILED DUCKS were seen from the Wanapum boatlaunch.
