It is hard to believe that there was that many Swamp Sparrows on the CBC in Olympia in 1996.To me this is always a speciel species on any birding trip what you not always find.I have to go back years to see how many there are usual been reported.

According to the CBC web site, there were 343 Swamp Sparrows in the Olympia CBC for Dec. 25, 1996. The web page doesn't give the compiler, and I don't have the printed copy. Does anyone know who the compiler was or whether the count on the web page is a typo?
