Subject: Olympia CBC, Dec 25, 1996 Swamp Sparrow

I pulled the list out of the 1996 box and discovered that
Swamp Sparrow is entered twice on the print out:

834 1 Swamp Sparrow
834 343 Swamp Sparrow

This means it was an input error at Audubon and that
the hand written list provided by the compiler that I
returned to NAS (which is what I would have made the
corrections on) correctly said 1 Swamp Sparrow.

I didn't catch it on the crosscheck with the print out,
so it wasn't corrected in the main computer.

Regional editors now edit directly to the database which
reduces these second party input errors to near zero.
