I agree with Dennis
that it would be fab
for all beginning birders
to gain a reasonably good knowledge of the status of birds

therefore i would encourage beginners
to post their sightings on tweeters
for i seem to learn field marks more thoroughly
when i have the chance
to share them with others

(thats if i can remember any)

its been eight years since I've done any serious birding
on the olympic peninsula.
i am glad to be back home
i heard a sawhet owl last night
and a bushtit this morning

concerning the social organization of pacific humpback whales
and their historical occurrence in the Salish Sea
19 Feb (Chimicum) to the Washington Native Plant Society
and 28 March (Seattle) to the American Cetacean Society
