Hi Tweets

Fifteen Great Blue Herons in the big Deodora Cedar this morning at the
locks, no others visible.

I saw two White-crowned Sparrows near the Golden Gardens pond this morning
and realized I haven't seen any since fall, do they winter in Seattle at
all? They nest all around the area. No songs yet.

As far as spring goes, Julia, my little 4 year old neighbor was playing in
the mud this afternoon wearing a bathing suit and cowboy boots. The fact
that it was only about 46 F didn't faze her.
