Tweeters,

My weekend trip to the coast was too short. Although I did find most of my target species. Thanks to everyone that helped me with locations for these species.

Brant - Ten birds off Alki Point in Seattle.
Surfbird - Two birds on Alki Beach near the marina.
Purple Finch - One bird at Two Rivers Wildlife Area. Another bird was heard only in trees near Alki Point in Seattle.
Black Scoter - One first winter male south of Alki Point.
Fox Sparrow - One "Sooty" bird at Two Rivers Wildlife Area.
Hutton's Vireo - Didn't see or hear one.

Unfortunately, I didn't have time to look for the Eurasian Green-winged Teal at Edmonds or Ancient Murrelets between Keystone and Port Townsend. I guess I'll have to make another trip next year.
