Mine was a Black-Capped Chickadee, flitting about in the rhododendron bush
in front of my condo. Also had several House Sparrows and House Finches
waiting for the seed and suet feeders to be filled.

No luck finding the Common Redpolls in the Marsh/Foster islands and Seattle
Yacht Club areas during the late morning. They'd been seen there earlier,
however. Thanks to the three people who told me they had been seen hanging
out near the boating set!
