I looked for this bird without success from 1 to 2PM today. I'll have to try first light.

Drats! Forgot to put the *meat* of Dave's message into my e-mail! Ok, here it is:

"The bird in question was in the very same apple(?) tree at 8 AM this morning
- I'm 3 for 3 searching for it in that tree at first light. Also, it has
been quite vocal all three times in the morning - I initially couldn't see
the bird, as it was obscured, somewhat high on the tree. In the 2 times
that I've seen it in the afternoon, and I think, the one time that Tom has
seen it then, it has been silent, and thus harder to find. Good luck..."
