The SNOWY OWL was seen again today at Ft Stevens. It was
sitting behind a log above the northwest corner of Trestle
Bay and was viewable from the road. It is a heavily barred
sub-adult, appearing gray when observed without a scope.

The BARROW"S GOLDENEYE has reappeared on Youngs Bay in
front of the Astoria Dairy Queen.

The BULLOCK'S ORIOLE continues to visit Steve Warner's suet
feeder in Seaside.

We looked for the Tufted Duck at Astoria Sewage Ponds this
morning and did not see it. The weather right now is pretty
wet and viewing conditions sub-optimal...
