PLEASE DON'T.

Sending attachments of any sort to most mailing lists, including
tweeters, is banned for many reasons, and this is clearly explained
in the welcome message that you got when you subscribed. Attachments
causes people a tremendous amount of grief because of the large size
and the high probability of email worms.

If you want to publish a photo, put it on a web site and then send
only the link to the list. If you don't have a web site, there are
any number of people on tweeters who can help you out. Just ask.
