Today I looked for the Kent (King County)Sapsucker from 1:00-2:00 PM and
again from 4:30-5:00PM with no luck. I saw a RED-BREASTED SAPSUCKER at
about 4:45 in a cedar near the apple tree where the YBSA has been seen.
I chatted with a local resident who was very pleasant, but expressed some
dissatisfaction with a birder or two. She was not specific. This is not a
crisis and doesn't require a thread. She simply asked that people be
considerate when birding in the neighborhood and I promised to pass it
along. Thanks for listening.
