Tweeters: I owled the flats a bit this morning between 4am and dawn. Not
too much going on. A pair of GREAT HORNEDS along the Skagit River and a
SHORT-EARED gave me a nice fly by at first glimpse of dawn but I couldn't
relocate it at the Northfork access on Rawlins Rd. Bryan Mathews,
