Subject: Western WA mini-quake yesterday . . .

According to:

02/01/09 03:26:54 48.11N 123.12W 21.8 2.9 BB FELT 23.4 km E of
Port Ang

The time is UTC so about 7:30pm on 1/8/2002. Most odd animal behavior
is associated with fore-shocks, small precursive events prior to
a bigger event. Since the USGS site only reports events greater than 2Ml,
who knows. If you can manage 10 or so more reps, you may have something.
