I am visiting my father I currently live in NZ previously from Centralia
Having seen the alert for the Gyrfalcon in the local area I have had 3 runs
in the frontage road area south of Centralia along the west side of I-5 (I
cant believe the traffic) anyway without success for the falcon,as yet,
However I did see a single
drake Common Golden eye, a yellow-shafted flicker, and a Barn Swallow
along with a dozen or so RT hawks, 3 Eagles (2 a 1 j) 2 kestrels and a
pair of Canvasbacks on a little pond. Dad said the flicker might be of
interest to some
