Hello birders,
I stopped by the Steigerwald Lake N.W.R. near Washougal, in Clark
County, where there were at least three SHORT-EARED OWLS over the fields
south of the main body of water. They were best observed from the
Historical Marker pull-off just east of the overpass over the rail
tracks.
