Took a fast trip down to Portland then to Walla Walla. On the Dike Access Rd. north of Woodland found Bill Tweit's Prairie Falcon.
Could not relocate the Rough-legged Hawk or Gyrs that I had Thurs. in Lewis and Cowlitz Cos.
Monday morning chummed for gulls at the Hussey Rd. in Walla Walla with Mike and MerryLynn Denny. Thayer's Gull was the only good
gull. Stopped at the Walla Walla River mouth. The Black-legged Kittiwake was still there with about 100 other gulls. (Ring-billed,
California, and Herring).
