Tweetsters -- The EMPEROR GOOSE reported by Steve Mlodinow Jan. 18 in
Pacific County was still there Saturday Jan. 26. As Steven noted, it was
along U.S. 101 between South Bend and Bay Center. More specifically, it
was north of Bruceport, just a short ways south of Milepost 51. We found
it the same place Steve described: in fields on the west side of 101
feeding with Canada geese and smaller numbers of greater white-fronted
geese.
