Hi tweeters,

I understand the effort made to save cats and the heart and love that goes
into it but I have little patience for cats outside eating birds and
mammals. I myself love cats but will not hesitate to shoot at any cat near
my feeders. Those cats in the preserve should be dealt with. It is wrong of
the humane society to allow a person to exceed the law prohibiting more than
6 cats I believe was said. Cat's instincts are all messed up because of
centuries of domestication and that isn't their fault. But action must be
taken. It would be nice not to have to kill any cats but in order to save
our wildlife, which is more precious to me because of the limited amount of
help we can give, dead cats isn't a big deal. Way too many birds and mammals
are killed each year. It is probably true that basically anything done will
be nil. It is very hard to pass any type of law allowing the killing of cats
living in the wild because of the public out roar that will occur. Just my
opinion and wish.
