And I know you said "especially rock songs," but there are some incredible
classical works about birds, such as The Firebird Suite -- Stravinsky, and
Swan Lake -- Tchaikovsky. And how about the wonderful bird and duck themes
in Prokofiev's "Peter and the Wolf?"
