Tuesday, July 16, 7:13 PM. Hi, This is Jack Stevens, calling from Anchorage,
Alaska. For all of you with frequent flier mileage to burn, there is a RUFF,
a male in breeding plumage in Anchorage, at Potter's Marsh, a well known
birding area, just a little ways south of town, just at the end of the board,
bird walk. I saw the bird earlier today. It looks like it is molting, so it
may actually be around for a while. It's been seen since Saturday. So again,
that's a male RUFF, breeding plumage, Anchorage, off the end of the boardwalk
at Potter's Marsh.
