I would still bet on the Newhalem-Ross Lake area for Black, and Vaux's are
present in the area as well, as around Marblemount and near Rockport SP.
The road to Cascade Pass and extreme eastern Skagit Co (past Ross Lake, up
to Rainy Pass) have both species also.
