This afternoon there was a Ruddy Turnstone at Columbia NWR, sitting with 4
Greater Yellowlegs at Migraine Lake. The lake is visible from the Soda Lake
Dam. Take SR 262 to the east end of O'Sullivan Dam (Potholes Reservoir) and
go south ~2 1/2 miles, turning left and going another 1/4 mile. Also some
Black-necked Stilts there.
