I just posted a shot of the Upland Sandpiper taken this morning at the Deno
Road locale. The picture is not too good but it can be viewed at the
following link.

I found Mark Houston already there when I arrived at about 5:30. We spent
about 1.5 hours searching for this bird. Mark finally picked it out
perched on a railroad tie fence post 1000+ feet NNW of the PUD sub-station.
After about 5 minutes, the bird flew south and perched momentarily on a
fence post on the north edge of the road. Then it flew south to the top of
one of the double power poles on the south side of the road (this is where
the picture was taken). It stayed there only long enough to get this one
picture before it flew SE and dropped into the weeds about 1000 feet south
of Deno Rd after a short perch on another fence post.
