McKee, Cascadia, The Geological Evolution of the Pacific Northwest, 1972.
Harry M. Majors, Exploring Washington, 1975. This is similar in style to
the
DeLorme atlases, but has much better index and historical /etc notes. Alas,
it it now much out of date but still a handy book.

The Regional books: Majors & McCollum, Monte Cristo Area, 1977. Again an
oldie.
There must be many more. Harris, Fire & Ice, The Cascade Volcanoes, 1870.
