I know that it feels as if spring never arrived in Washington. Nonetheless,
for the purposes of WOSNews and North American Birds, spring has already come
and gone.

Tom Aversa and I would like to remind everyone that the deadline for spring
reports is 15 June. I know this is a tight timeline, but it allows us to try
to get these columns out in a timely fashion.
