I have been using Avisys for years and have a little over 39,000 entries.

I can't speak for any other programs but I have been extremely happy with Avisys. I recently upgraded from Version 3.0 to 4.58. I was happy with 3.0 but the move to 4.58 has really brought many more features to speed entry and improve reports.

I would recommend it to anyone and have. I know of at least 3 people who have purchased it and like myself are glad they made the purchase.
