The White-winged Dove was viewed by a group of birders at the
previously described house near Kittitas, WA from 339 PM to about 4 PM,
today, after a long wait. I believe the bird showed up at about the same
time yesterday. Looks
like the bird is only present for a short time each day at this feeder.
Here are previous directions which worked out quite well:
>From I-90, take the Kittitas exit and go north through Kittitas. You come
to a "T" at the north end of the main street in Kittitas; turn right and
then left on No. 81 Road (just follow the arterial). Go about four miles to
Brick Mill Road; turn right. Her house is about .2 mile east of No. 81
Road. It is on the south side of the road - a cream colored house with a
green roof. There is a large frame over the gate with a weathered set of
elk antlers on it. The gate will be locked on Sunday. The feeders are
visible from the road. Don't try to enter the yard.

The bird tends to hang out in the feeder that's in the back yard. The back
yard is easily visible. From Brick Mill road just after the house make a
right turn; you can park off the road pretty easily and look at the feeder
in the back of the house.
