Hello Tweets!

I had a nice Sunday surprise when a pair of American Goldfinches showed up at my sunflower feeder that is placed under the eave by my dining room window. This is a first for my yard birds!

Also, I had a Winter Wren singing his heart out yesterday afternoon in the woods that border my backyard. It's amazing that such a loud, strong song can come from such a tiny bird!
