Hi Dave:

The song description sounds like Alder to me, as did the Sullivan's
description, in contrast to the Ritzville bird, which I did not hear myself
but reports suggested a different pattern and some variation. How in the
world the standard rendition of Alder's song became "fee-bee-o" is a mystery
to me.
