First question:
1) Does anyone know who Natalie's Sapsucker (a subspecies of Williamson's
Sapsucker) named after?

second question:
2) Can black-billed magpies have yellow bills? A "yellow-billed" magpie is
being reported from eastern WA State and most people doubt it is a true
Yellow-billed Magpie from CA.
