Subject: Bald Eagle Picture/what kind of prey.

It looked like either a juvenile Coot or maybe a Great Blue Heron
fledgling or even a juvie Canada goose. I scrutinized the newspaper
photo with a magnifying glass and the protruding foot / plump body
suggests that it is some kind of water bird.
