Dear Birders,

I will be visiting Washington in early July; I'm going to a
conference in Seattle, but am going to be having a 4 days birding
beforehand over the 4th July weekend. I am willing to travel around
quite a bit to get some of my "target" species.
I am particualrly interested in seeing TUFTED PUFFIN, so would
appreciate any up=-to-date info on good sites for this bird, esp any
sites from which it can reliably-ish be seen from land.
I'd also appreciate any info on NORTHWESTERN CROW, OWLS (any chance
of GREAT GRAY remotely close to Seattle? N Saw-whet?), and GROUSE
(RUFFED, SPRUCE, BLUE).
I have the King's county birdfinding guide, but from that it looks
like I might have to travel further afield to get some of the species
I'm most interested in.

Thanks very much in advance.
Cheers
Steve
